1 box brownie mix
1/2 cup M&M’s
1/2 cup peanut butter chips

Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookie Dough Frosting

1 stick unsalted butter, softened
2/3 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup oat flour**
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups powdered sugar
4 tbsp heavy whipping cream

Instructions

Make the brownies:

Mix brownies batter according to box instructions.
Fold in M&M’s and peanut butter chips.
Bake according to box instructions.

Make the frosting:

In a large bowl, beat together the butter, peanut butter, and brown sugar until creamy and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
Beat in the oat flour, salt, and vanilla. Gradually beat in the powdered sugar.
Beat in the heavy cream and beat another 1-2 minutes or until the frosting is fluffy.

Notes

**You can make oat flour by putting 1/3 cup quick oats in your food processor and processing until it becomes a fine powder.
